Construction & Materials

The roller body is one-piece forged from 40Mn steel — no welded joints, no weak points where the tread meets the flange. After forging, the tread surface goes through induction hardening to build the wear layer where the track chain actually runs. The core stays tough underneath, so the roller absorbs shock load without cracking.

The internal shaft runs on a floating seal — a metal face seal that keeps lubricant in and water, mud and fine particles out. On Indonesian job sites where the crane works through wet ground, river crossings and port mud, this seal is what separates a roller that lasts from one that seizes up in six months. Mount is 110 × M14 — drops straight onto the LS118 frame bracket, no modification needed. Finished assembly weighs 42 KG.

Packaging & Shipment

Ships in a wooden crate — tread wrapped against rust, seal faces padded. At 42 KG the crate goes on a pallet and gets strapped before loading.

Most orders go out from Guangzhou — transit to Jakarta or Surabaya is typically 7–12 days by sea. Full container loads ship fromXiamen, same lane, similar transit time.

We normally carry stock. If the unit you need isn't on the shelf, production lead time is 15–25 days before it's ready to ship.

Every roller is checked before it leaves the warehouse. If there's a manufacturing defect, send us photos within 30 days of arrival and we sort it out.
